Synopsis ~

The above eight great authors share a unique position in science fiction and fantasy. They are all Grand Masters of Science Fiction, as lauded by their peers, the members of the Science Fiction Writers of America. Each Grand Master was asked to name the story that they felt was the finest short work produced during the career that earned this singular honor.

Along with the special edition hardcover of this title the convention also released the Noreascon Three Souvenir Book with a very interesting article by Andre about her writing history called To the Red Sands of Mars. There is also an article by Joan D. Vinge titled Andre Norton: The Mother of Us All and a pretty detailed bibliography by Kurt Baty. You can find more info about the Joan D. Vinge article on this page (scroll down to 1989).

Due to the rarity of this publication I have decided to supply a PFD copy of To the Red Stars of Mars so that other Andre Norton fans may be able to enjoy it also. You may download file from here ~ PDF File 5.6mb so be very patient. (Cover-Art)
